In the era of globalisation and free trade liberalisation, concept collectivisation or group initiation through local level organisation is very essential. Farmer Producer Organizations, principally using offer small farmers to participate in market more effectively collectively, they are a better position reduce transaction costs accessing inputs outputs, obtaining necessary information, securing access new technologies allowing them compete with larger agribusinesses. Keeping these view present study was conducted identify constraints associated functioning Farmers’ Producers Organisation (FPO) run this smoothly by developing some coping strategies. The Cooch Behar-I, Behar-II, Dinhata-I, Dinhata-II, Tufanganj-I, Tufanganj-II blocks Behar district West Bengal.
